Smoked Shrimp

Smoked shrimp come together quickly and make an incredible appetizer or main dish. The Cajun spices provide heat and flavor while the smoke adds depth. Large shrimp work best - they're easier to handle and stay juicier.

These are perfect for parties, as an appetizer, or as part of a seafood feast. They cook quickly so they're great when you want impressive results fast.

Serve with cocktail sauce, remoulade, or melted butter for dipping. They're also great in pasta, on salads, or in tacos. Lemon wedges on the side are essential.

The Cajun seasoning can be adjusted for heat preference. Garlic and butter are essential for flavor and keeping the shrimp moist. Don't overcook - shrimp go from perfect to rubbery quickly.

Shrimp cook very quickly - 20-30 minutes is usually enough. They're done when they're pink and curled. Use a pan on the smoker grate to catch any butter and make turning easier.
